I was recommended Kings Renovations by a friend who had some work done by Josh and his team and she sang his praises. From now personal experience, she undersold his services! We had great communication, clear explanations as to what was going on and most importantly felt confident with the project from start to finish. We had a really great need for comprehensive restoration in our new home: replacing old boiler system, modernising electrical circuits & painting the entire house. Josh planned with us every detail & made suggestions practical & economical & then he executed everything as discussed within the deadline. If you're looking for punctual , experienced, cost effective & most of all, a man & teams who keep their word, look no further. We'll be working with him for decades on jobs large & small. Josh has done 2 jobs for me:
The first was to service our aging boiler. He arrived on time and was very obliging and efficient, telling us that, although it hadn't been done in 2 years, it was very clean and working well.
The second job required replacing a motorised valve. Again Josh was prompt, efficient and obliging, and even took a little time to look at a radiator that wasn't working. Lastly, I found Josh to be very honest and trustworthy, charging the estimated cost of the job quoted.

Josh did a superb job on our bathroom refit following a leak. The work included replacing all floorboards, flooring, pipework, suite, plasterwork, tiling, and redecoration. Everything was carried out to a very high standard. Josh and team are highly skilled, experienced craftsmen and they also left everything clean and tidy for us. We would not hesitate to use Kings again.

Josh has been always extremely quick and helping in responding to our requests for urgent repairs and as part our move has done a fabulous job on interior painting and also helping fixing the bathrooms and cloakroom.
